We'll set up your client portal which contains questionnaires where we learn more about your services, clients, company culture, and your goals you'd like to achieve for the project, as well as any additional information on your website needs and functionality.
The proposal may be updated to reflect any new requirements or services.
With the additional information from the Discovery Kickoff, we'll draft a 'blueprint' for your new website, which includes the sitemap, timeline, and details of its planned features and functionality.
At the same time, we'll be requesting your creative & branding assets (photos, logos, videos) and copy that will go on your new website.
It's time to make your website come alive! We'll be busy designing your site and building in all of the required features. We'll frequently check in with our progress and let you know if there is anything else we need for your website's success.
In the feedback phase, we'll show you how to use our visual feedback tool to give us comments and feedback directly inside of your website quickly and easily. We'll make the revisions accordingly, and get your approval to move into the testing phase.
The testing phase is where we will triple check that everything is working as intended; including features like contact forms and E-Commerce.

We'll be super proactive to ensure your launch is a success, monitoring it very closely and remaining on standby.

Frequently Asked Questions
The benefit of this model is that businesses can pay a predictable monthly fee out of their operational budget to have a dedicated, external team to update, support, and monitor their website daily. The traditional web design model is a high up-front cost and then an hourly rate ($/hr) to have changes made or get support after delivery. With Movy Sites, you’ll get managed-for-you service with all-inclusive features like Hosting, SSL Certificates, and proactive support for the length of your Managed Success Plan term.
Anything you want! You can renew your enrollment in any Managed Success Plan that meets your needs, and we’ll continue to host, manage & support your site. Or you can take your site and move it anywhere else. We can help you migrate the site elsewhere for a one-time fee. (Please note that plugins or features that require a paid membership become your responsibility if you opt out of a Managed Success Plan)
Our cancellation fee is 50% of your remaining balance, and your site will be subject to deletion after 2 weeks. If you’d like to keep your site, and move it to your own host, we’ll charge a one-time fee to package up your files and hand them off to you.
This is dependent on many factors including; the sites complexity, requirements, and the time needed in the feedback & content collection phases. If we have all the content and information requested, our average turn-around time is 21-28 days.
An update task is considered any text, images, content, or plugin adjustments that can be done in 15 minute increments. In the premium package, this also includes new feature integrations, like setting up a booking system.
Yes, the Premium Package gets the following over the base package:
10 Monthly Update Tasks, you can request changes to the site anytime you need all month. The base package is limited to 3 tasks per month.
Feature Update Tasks, a feature is a major system or addition to the site. You can request these changes as needed.
Weekly Software Maintenance: Plugins and WordPress Core Updates are performed on a weekly basis, instead of only once a month.
Daily Backups: Offsite backups of both the website and server on a daily basis, vs. backups taken once a week on the base plan.
Low Interval Uptime Monitoring: Your website is monitored that it is up and running every 5 minutes. Rest assured we are notified of any downtime and will investigate immediately.
Image Content Delivery Network: Images are optimized and served on the fly via a global CDN, enhancing your visitor’s experience with faster page load times.

Yes, if you find you could use many of the features of the premium package. You can pay the difference at one time to upgrade. Then we’ll coordinate on integrating the new features you need.
Yes, we can handle this on a case-by-case basis with a custom proposal. However, you may find that over time it would be more cost-effective to upgrade to the premium package entirely if you foresee needing more from it in the future.
